Submit a request

Send an email to konstantyn@faigenbloom.com from the email address associated with your OAuth sign-in. Use the subject line: Wildfront Rivals account deletion request.

In your email, include your account email address, the platform you use (Android or iOS), and any player ID shown in the Game. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification.

What happens next

We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with Wildfront Rivals that we control, including account profile data, gameplay progress, and player identifiers where applicable. Deletion may prevent restoration of game progress or purchased content.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and transaction records. Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store; their records are governed by their own policies and cannot be deleted by Faigenbloom.
