Google Play / App Store
Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Faigenbloom mobile games and apps distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, and related distribution channels, unless a specific app has a separate privacy policy.
We aim to minimize data collection. Our apps are generally designed to work without requiring account registration and without asking users to directly provide personal information in order to play or use the app.
1. Controller / Publisher
Faigenbloom is the publisher and operator of the apps covered by this Privacy Policy. Privacy-related requests may be sent through the contact form on this website.
2. Information we do not request directly
We do not normally require users to submit their name, mailing address, phone number, password, passport details, government-issued identification, or payment card details in order to use our apps.
Our apps generally do not require account creation or in-app login unless a specific app explicitly states otherwise.
3. Information that may be processed automatically
Even where we do not directly collect personal information from a user, some technical information may still be processed automatically by the app, the mobile operating system, app store platforms, hosting infrastructure, and integrated third-party SDKs.
- device and app information, including device model, operating system, app version, language, country, and general configuration data;
- network and online identifier information, including IP address, advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, or comparable device-related identifiers;
- diagnostic data, including crash logs, error reports, performance metrics, and technical troubleshooting data;
- security and fraud-prevention signals needed to protect the service and its advertising systems;
- ad-related technical data needed to request, load, limit, deliver, and measure advertising where ads are enabled.
4. Advertising
Our apps may include third-party advertising SDKs and related services for ad delivery, ad frequency control, fraud prevention, monetization, and measurement of ad performance.
When such services are used, their providers may process technical and device-related information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostics, and other data reasonably necessary to provide advertising services.
We do not sell personal information ourselves. However, data processing performed by integrated advertising or analytics providers is part of the app's overall data practices and may be disclosed in Google Play Data safety and Apple privacy disclosures where required.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
We may use third-party tools for crash reporting, diagnostics, technical monitoring, and limited analytics related to stability, performance, service integrity, and app improvement.
These tools may process technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, session timing, crash traces, coarse usage events, and similar diagnostic information.
6. Children's privacy
Some of our games may be accessible to children, including users under 13, depending on the game and store configuration. We do not knowingly request direct personal information from children through normal gameplay.
Where a game is designated for children or mixed audiences, we intend to configure monetization, SDK behavior, and related data practices in a manner intended to comply with applicable platform rules and legal requirements for child users.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to us may contact us to request review and, where applicable, deletion.
7. Purposes of processing
- to provide app functionality and gameplay;
- to maintain service security, integrity, and fraud prevention;
- to debug crashes and improve technical performance;
- to enable, deliver, limit, support, and measure advertising where advertising is used;
- to comply with legal obligations, law-enforcement requests, and platform requirements.
8. Legal bases where applicable
Depending on the jurisdiction, data may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules.
9. Sharing of information
Information may be processed by or shared with service providers and partners that support app distribution, hosting, diagnostics, advertising, fraud prevention, app store operations, and technical infrastructure.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, enforce legal rights, protect safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
10. Retention
We aim to keep direct data collection to a minimum. Where technical information is processed, it may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or operation of the relevant service, subject to the retention practices of the applicable provider.
11. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence by app stores, cloud providers, advertising partners, and SDK vendors. Where applicable, such processing is subject to the safeguards used by the relevant provider under applicable law.
12. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Users may also control certain privacy settings through their device and platform, including app permissions, advertising settings, tracking preferences, and uninstalling the app.
13. Permissions
If an app requests device permissions, such permissions are intended to support app functionality, technical operation, security, or platform-required behavior. The permissions used may vary depending on the specific app, version, platform, and device.
14. Third-party services
Our apps may rely on third-party platforms, SDKs, infrastructure providers, app stores, and advertising partners. Those providers may have their own privacy notices and their own legal obligations as independent controllers or service providers, depending on the context.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
16. Contact
